Managed Facilities

One managed relationship for every location

For groups with three or more locations, MedServ acts as the facilities and equipment department — so your operations team stops chasing vendors and can see what is open, scheduled and done.

One intake for every request

Facility and equipment requests from every location come to one team, with location, priority and context captured once.

Vendors and technicians coordinated

MedServ schedules licensed trades and qualified equipment providers, follows up, and keeps the next step clear.

Preventive programs on schedule

Recurring building and equipment maintenance planned by location and documented after each visit.

Approvals and spending in view

Estimates and approvals follow the rules you set, so work keeps moving without surprises.

Records you can plan from

Service history, equipment details and open items kept by location to support repair-versus-replace and budget decisions.

Projects connected to operations

Buildouts and renovations hand over into maintenance with warranties, equipment and contacts already recorded.

The management relationship covers agreed intake, coordination, follow-through and records. Labor, parts, third-party service and projects are quoted and approved separately.

The physical lifecycle

From a new location to the next one

Engage MedServ at any stage. Each stage feeds the next, so what was learned on one project is not lost by the time the next one starts.

  1. Plan the space

New locations, buildouts and renovations planned around clinical workflow and coordinated with licensed contractors.

  2. Hand over to operations

Warranties, equipment, contacts and as-built details recorded before day one.

  3. Maintain building and equipment

Preventive programs and repairs coordinated and documented by location.

  4. Review and plan

Repair history, age and condition inform replacement and budget decisions.

  5. Renovate or expand

The next project starts with the records from the last one.

Buildouts & Renovations

Projects planned around a working practice

  • Scope, budget and phasing planned around patient flow and clinic hours
  • Licensed contractors and design professionals coordinated through one point of contact
  • Equipment, utilities and low-voltage needs planned before walls close
  • Closeout with warranties, as-builts and equipment records handed into maintenance

  • Preventive schedules by location
  • Open items across the portfolio in one view
  • Project handover records that carry into maintenance

Questions

Common questions about working with MedServ

Can I request a single repair without signing up for management?

Yes. Use Request Service or call. MedServ confirms the issue, location and the right qualified provider before any work is scheduled. Ongoing management is a separate conversation you can have later.

What is the difference between a service request and Managed Facilities?

A service request handles one issue. Managed Facilities makes MedServ the ongoing facilities and equipment department for your group: one intake for every location, coordinated vendors, preventive programs, approvals and records.

Who actually performs the work?

Licensed trades perform building work such as HVAC, plumbing and electrical, and qualified providers or manufacturers service medical equipment within their scope. MedServ coordinates the work, follows up and keeps the record.

Do we have to replace our current vendors?

No. Many groups keep vendors that are working well. MedServ brings them into one intake and record, and fills gaps where a location needs a qualified provider.

What areas do you cover?

MedServ is based in Tampa Bay and supports outpatient practices across Florida. Availability depends on the location and type of work, and is confirmed when you contact us.
